This year we are partnering with Graham Sercombe through his Focus on RED - Renewal, Evangelism, Discipleship. Graham has already been to Noosa earlier in the year, and he will be with us again this coming weekend, April 17-18, for a men's breakfast on Saturday morning at 8am and our service on Sunday at 9am.
This is a major part of our year of outreach - TEN in 10 - Together Evangelising Noosa in 2010. We are trusting the Lord of the church to build His church as He said He would.

Easter is a significant time in the church calendar. We are looking forward to our Good Friday service at 8am as we reflect on the sacrifice Jesus made for all the world, and then the celebration on Easter Sunday, Resurrection Day, as we remember the triumphant march from the grave as Jesus conquered death!
If you don't usually go to church or are visiting the area, you are most welcome to join us at either or both of these services.

We have a new computer, thanks to the generosity of a church member in response to God's prompting. All the files and applications from the old one were able to be recovered, so we're good to go for Sunday. God is good.

Could have been a shocker.
Computer wouldn't fire up - corrupt Windows file...
Dug the old OHP out of mothballs - blew the bulb during the first song, but managed to find a replacement...
Set to play a track from a CD - wrong CD!...
Sound system problems due to outside interference.
No matter - God is in control and in the end He was glorified.
All we need to do is trust...

Back to work after four weeks holidays. We often hear comments like, "back to the salt mines", "I could do with another holiday", don't feel like going back to work"... Hopefully once we get back into the swing of things, we settle down and start to enjoy our daily dose of salt.
